Ceres power aims to operate while minimising our use of resources and environmental impact in terms of waste. We seek to recycle in all areas - from office supplies to water consumption. We support cycling and car sharing, prioritise public over personal transport, and review our policies to ensure alignment with these goals.

We want to be a valued member of the community and have been in contact with local neighbourhood groups as part of setting up our mass manufacturing facility in Horsham, to ensure that we understand and respond to any concerns identified.

We invest in health and safety specialist roles and systems and work positively to ensure that an open culture towards safety is maintained. The company has been recognised as an accredited training centre in health and safety by the British Safety Council.

The personal engagement of every employee is critical tomaintaining our excellent safety record and we commission regular reviews of our health and safety arrangements by practice experts to ensure that we benefit from external developments in this specialism and secure continuous improvement in this vital area.
